Question: Makati LGU is already implementing their no-vax card, no entry in all bldgs in Makati by Monday, so entities and companies doing business there have no choice but to comply. What can we-- the employees and clients of these Makati businesses do-- in order to protect our right to choose, to do business in any office and in complying with the non-mandatory nature of the vax card under RA 11525? Please help us also persecute Makati LGU for implementing this illegal ordinance. It will have legal, reputational and financial repercussions on all businesses who will discriminate clients who are unvaxxed. Thank you
